First Projects disclaims any responsibility if the information made available on the Platforms is not accurate, complete, or current. As of today, you understand that there are no general and comprehensive systems for protecting personal data in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On this basis, our processing of your data is based on our reasonable interpretation of the regulations we believe to be relevant, and the market practices of similar partners in the market. You also understand and agree that we will classify data, to the extent permitted by the system, into Level 2 or Level 1 depending on the status of the data, for and by the Regulatory Framework for Cloud Computing issued on March 14, 2019, by the Communications and Information Technology Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You also agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and hold harmless First Projects, its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or resulting from your use of the Platforms and any violation of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you cause a technical disruption to the platforms or systems that broadcast the platforms to you or others, you agree to bear responsibility for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, compensations, and costs, including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or resulting from this disruption.
